If you open the muffler on one of these, you need to work on this spot under the air filter in my humble opinion.

Thanks Randy...Figuring out what that lot is all about and what they had in mind will be interesting. Could be a "stratto" saw thing this divider situation . Im thinking a similar situation with the Husq 372 divider situation and wether to get shot or not.

They do that on all strato saws. They divide everything including the air filter. If not, the spitback would mix and pollute the fresh air charge that they are sending thru the strats. I wanna pollute that.

What I dig about the 6100 is its a fresh look at past & new tech put together to make a 60cc saw different from others. It gives a sense that thought went into its design and its not trying to be anything other than itself. We saw guys like new different stuff & monkeyed thangz.

Nonsense Josh. I just really like this saw.......same as you like the Shinnies. This is a good gift to me........just as
Wakizashi is to you. I'd be proud to own any saw you gifted.
