Didn't see a service manual. Attached is a parts manual.

Hello Ray,

I appreciate that. I bought it a few weeks ago and as odd as it sounds it runs too fast for my taste. I am not sure if it is possible to slow it down or not but I need to do some reading.

Just pull back on the handles a bit.
