is it ok to use as bar oil? it is the stickiest and thickest oil i have ever seen.

People have used vagisil, water, veggie oil, old motor oil, liberal tears, and etc as bar oil in the past. It probably would work just fine, but maybe a little cost prohibitive?

I've been using corn head grease, works great for my stuff.

I wouldn't use it straight. I've mixed a pint of STP with a gallon of 15w40 and that made an excellent bar oil.

i got about 4-5 quarts of castrol sae 20 non detergent laying around i plan to mix it with that help me get rid of it.
