Does it still have that plastic clamp in the intake?
Yes it still does, and it is not leaking, I believe keeping the saw clean and a sharp chain has kept the heat down. I think heat is the main reason that the plastic clamp failed. I have a OEM metal clamp, 350 bearing cup, and 346xp NE cylinder ready when the time comes, but till then I’m just going to let her eat.

Never a more true statement right there.

Did you see that guy that had a build thread for these saws and was using a crank stuffer off a string trimmer and with a little filing you could have stuffers on these saws?

No I missed that one, it would be nice to try stuffers on these saws,

Hi Andrew. Yes, I got it sorted out. Another member here @Johnmn had a Stihl rim that was modified to fit small spline. Works great now.
I think I have a standard spline rim for 3/8LP somewhere as well. Not sure where it came from. Lol

I'll have to keep You in mind if I ever get to successfully adapt the PowerSharp system to run on my D009 saws! ;)
