Looks like it has the Donaldson/wix/Napa 6637 air filter.

Also, the glow plugs stay on for a minute plus depending on the temperature, even after the wait to start light goes out. So, dont be afraid to jump the glow plug relay for atleast ten seconds before starting.

I grew up in Wisconsin, moved to VA because of the Navy and the people here complain its cold when its in the 40s.
When its close to 0 they dont go outside….

I spent a few months working in Andros Island in Bahamas one winter; if it was in the 50s overnight, the Bahamians would be wearing coats and beanies all day, even though it would get well up into the 80s.

Guessing you're in the piedmont area or on the coast, given the Navy reference? Growing up in areas west of the Blue Ridge / Appalachians, we go out and do what we need to regardless of the weather. Certainly not trying to compare to the MN / Wisco / Yukon folks, but I'm built more for the cold than the dang 90* summers!
