Leather Boot Conditioning and Break-in

Definitely use a beeswax product. I like to heat a new pair in the oven, then apply and reheat, then wear while there still hot.

Does that allow the leather to "set" to your particular contour ?

I have burnt my calves welding on a disc mower one night in shorts and sandals.

I wear ear plugs every time I fire up the stick or mig stuff .................. I dont wear them for the noise protection either.

I'd rather the molten balls land in the nether-regions than in my ears again

All positions skip, tight spaces and close clearances need awkward positions, dang ears like to think they are funnels sometimes
