I have an ms200 (rear handle saw, not that it matters, lol) and it has not been ported (yet?) but it's had a muffler mod and it sure seems strong to me! Wondering if this saw can handle a .325 pitch setup. Reason being, if my saw fleet were nothing but 3/8 and .325, it would be simpler for filing.

How big a bar could it handle with this RSP chain? I see it is the narrow kerf chain I read about on here a couple years ago.

That 20" bar is running the 1/4" pitch chain. It sings on that saw but not sure how it would be in some eastern hardwood. I run 14's and 16's on mine.

I run a 16” 1/4 pitch on my rear handle 200 and 14” 3/8 picco on my top handle. I would absolutely love to consolidate down to 14” .325 RSP on both. Ported 241 could handle 16” easily, but that’s another subject altogether.
BTW, RSP may be narrow kerf, but I have had no problems running it on standard bars.

Well first you need to find a clutch drum spur that fits a 200t in .325. Its not a matter of swapping out a rim sprocket, I don't think there is a rim setup for 200/201 series saws. Luckily Stihl actually has a part number for a .325 spur sprocket for the 200t. It's in the IPL.
