I am wondering if any three-point flywheel type puller will work on this.

There was an older thread asking similar question, unfortunately all that is really there is a copy of the IPL, but that still might be a little helpful if you don't have it yet.

@BS67

I just came across a thread over on AS and it shows some home built pullers:

I don’t think a jaw puller will work ,You can’t pull on the outside because it just springs up ,There Are 3 holes with threads on top of clutch ,I have a HOMELITE flywheel puller with slots but it wont work as when you line up threade holes with slots the center hole for crankshaft doesn’t line up That thread was about how to install it

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply the jaw puller, yeah, there is no room for that. That is unfortunate that the one you have doesn't match up, I think someone on the AS thread said that you need to make sure and pull it as straight as possible. Do you have the ability to make a custom plate that you can drill/machine your own holes, or know someone who can? Unfortunately that might be the way to go unless someone has the right tool somewhere.

I have a car steering wheel puller that works on most of them.
You can pick them up these days quite cheap.
