Doing some mods for a friends 2165, base delete, muffler mod, some porting. Numbers are at
102
125
73
How does that sound? Should the trans be higher? Thanks

That's with a base delete
So with gasket they were all probably 2 degrees higher or so

Depends on how your friend runs a saw, if it were me, I'd raise the transfers a few more degree and get the intake closer to 75.
I was just talking with Stratton today about BD on a 365. Where is your target range on BD for these saws Joey?

I did a 365 several years ago. Exhaust was 105. Raised the main transfers to 122. Did not touch the secondary transfers, left the intake at 75. It will will handle 24-28 inch bar phenomenal. Not saying it's fast but you can bottom the mounts out and will keep pulling. However it will rev out and self feed on a Stihl rsc chain nicely.

Deets, shake my head! Not even close to a 365. Try again bro. :)

Direction and port shape is getting more important to me than the number

Please explain, I'm getting confused. You asked about blowdown. :dancing:

Your target is determined by burr you use and where your taking the port to? Am I missing something?

I did ask about blow down, I've talked to several people and got several answers. What I'm coming up with is that port shape and direction seem to be more of what makes a difference in the saws I've done rather than a few degrees in height
