I like the riser blocks idea.
Mine came with an additional plywood jaw accessory (also sold combined as the 'Sheet Master') which lets me clamp up to 49" (width of a plywood sheet). Also some clamps for setting up some out feed legs when using that as a table.
Apparently, Rockwell is still selling the Jaw Horse and Sheetmaster, but not the accessories. And the only extra / replacement rubber jaw pad I could find on line was in the $50 - $80 range (!). I started making one by gluing up a couple of pieces of conveyor belt. Not sure if I will make the 'log jaws' as the rubber ones seem to hold the largest wood I expect to cut in it.
The Triton SuperJaws, and XXL versions seem to still have several of their accessories available. I especially like their side extensions / trays, which fit directly into square holes in the main body.

I am happy with this one that I got a good deal on used. If I had to buy new, I might look at the other brands too.
