I bought this off Ebay recently and it finally showed up from China

It was advertised as an OEM Walbro WT-215

It came in a plain cardboard box with zero labeling, hence the OEM I suppose

The only markings on the carb itself are the cast in Walbro logo and the Hi and Low beneath the respective needle

There are no other markings of any kind whatsoever which kind of puzzles me and makes it suspect

I would expect a model number marked on it somehow

The workmanship seems on a par with known genuine ZAMA carbs

Everything is smooth actuating and there are no glaring errors to my untrained eye

I bought it on a "make an offer" deal and it was $20 shipped here

I have used a $12 Chinese carb on my MS-210 before with no issues so if its fake its not the end of the world

Could it really be a genuine Walbro as advertised?

Thanks for looking

Never seen a genuine walbro carb (or any genuine carb for that matter) without the model number somewhere stamped/cast/engraved in it somewhere, and never in a no-name white box. If you paid oem price, i would file a claim w ebay amd return that sucka. If it was cheap, then you got what you paid for me thinks.

Sorry missed the part where you paid $20. I would inform ebay and the seller that they are advertising falsely, as that is surely not a genuine walbro carb. Cuz $20 is $20 after all...
