@Keith Gandy you have me drooling over your GB splitting ax. I have been going between the large splitting ax and the maul. I need to just bite the bullet. Are you happy with your large ax? I have a gb hachet and I'm very happy with it!

Maybe I missed it already but without digging through 20 pages did someone end up weighing 462 full of fluids and bar and chain?

Did not see that posted, but you can calculate it. The empty powerhead actually came in a bit below published #s (a shock), very close to 13.2 lbs. That is very impressive for a 72 cc saw!

Don't overlook Mueller. They make a fantastic splitting axe and maul
