Added a garlic crust to my usual prep.
We'll do the crust again as long as I have fresh garden grown garlic.
Roasted garlic adds an additional layer of YUM.

Blt real good this time of year. I only eat tomatoes when they’re in season. Grocery store tomato tastes like a gourd. Grew celebrity and medium rare tomatoes this year. Both yielded very well. Flavor was excellent. Sadly tomato season is coming to an end around here

We’ve got about 8–10 more days of tomato growing weather. I butched everything yesterday so the plants would focus on ripening instead of producing more
