I had enough room to ditch the gasket, cut off the end of the baffle in muffler/opened the ports and advanced the timing. That’s all.

The crank and cases of 1122 series have changed a lot over their run. Dave has a good thread here or on AS explaining details, but the short of it is:
064- entirely different oiler system so cases are different from 066
066- m6 cylinder mount holes... right?
Crankshaft- early 066 and 064 are different from later 660 style. Some differences within runs, too.
Later 066/660- flywheel side seal area different from early 066/064

.020-.021, it has a meteor piston if that makes any difference

I think the carb is a wj41. I did put a new kit in it too.

Mine is .019 and has a good amount of port work to it I'm still running a oem piston would like to build another 064 and put a big bore kit on it just for fun.

Late to the party but that’s a really nice saw @MG porting . I finally got the chance to run one at the CT GTG thanks to Mason and I was impressed. I’ve always wanted one and after running one it has moved up in the want list a few notches.

I don't know, but....I have a TM 064 with a meteor piston because he prefers the meteor piston over oem

Anyone noticed the whistling/whine sound these things make? I think it’s the flywheel. Whatever it is sounds cool.
