Husvarna 450 Rancher will not start.

I just purchased a 450 Rancher. FYI, I am a rookie. I used it in cutting up a tree that fell in my yard. I went back to Lowes I told them it was bound meaning it got wedged between the area I was cutting. They said it probably harmed the chain and the arm. So we put a new chain and a new arm on. They helped me get the chain on. I went home now it will not pop which is needed in order to start it. Any ideas?

How hard did you pry on saw to free it. Pinching a bar and chain should not cause a no start. Saw needs fuel, compression and spark. Check fuel line, then does saw have spark. I would start there. That arm is called a bar. Welcome aboard.
