Those look like spinning anvils for a pocket chain spinner. Granberg made one that was similar to a pair of vise-grips.

Thanks all......... When Johnny got back last night from playing music at Rocky's Cajun kitchen he stopped by and I showed him the video I made..... Hey said those are for making chain loops... He never looked at the parts in the bag... He thought they were throttle plate barrels that I needed......

I work on the saws not making chains LOL ~!~! Looks easy enough though ~!~!
