Really clean 55 Rancher, I cleaned up the cylinder, and installed a Meteor piston kit, with a base gasket. It runs decently, and oils fine. I've only run it for a few minutes, and the compression at my altitude(4700') is 120# which equates to 138# at Sea Level.

I have heard that the 51's are closed port and some of the 55's are closed and some are open (depending on era). Which is this one?

This is a 55 Rancher, it is Open Port.

No. The Jackrabbit moved to the other side of the sand dune, creating a wireless coverage void between myself and the mirage.

I can't believe this hadn't sold at that price. I've got 3 I'm getting ready to list. This does not make me feel great about the prospects. These are very underrated saws.
