I recently picked up a couple 346xp's to rebuild. I did complete rebuilds on both saws. New crank bearings and seals all new gaskets OEM NE piston and cylinder kits. Now that I have them running I'm having the same problem with both of them. They run so rich i can't get them to stop fouling plugs. They won't rev and just burble at wide open throttle. Raw fuel in the exhaust. I've tried ignitions and carburetors from perfectly running saws with no luck. Everything is sealed up good. Never had this problem before. Any ideas?
