Found out what the story is on those super low wrap handle kit prices that Baileys has been selling. First, they are OEM parts. Second, any dealer can get these kits.
Simple explanation is that Husky has discontinued the "W" versions of those saws as complete units and have substituted these kits as an affordable way to turn your saw into a "W". Makes things a lot simpler for them and it's a great deal for anyone looking for a wrap handle. There are kits available for the 562, 372XT, 390, and 395. All these kits are stupid cheap at $30. And they come complete with larger spikes and whatever plates or hardware came on the W saws.
There are IPL updates announcing these kits and they have new part numbers that you have to use to get the deal. Gotta be careful because the old numbers are still "live" and have the much higher pricing. A 395 kit is just $30, but if you order the old "handle only" part number it's a whopping $126 and that doesn't include all of the other stuff.
