Awesome thread Mike. Good timing for me as I have one of these apart on the bench. It was the first jug I tried to time with bad intentions. Did you put a wheel on it before you started? I'm just curious if the 104/122/77 sans gasket I got is in the ballpark. I've pretty much decided I'm going to send it with the 395 up to East Jordan to get cut this month. I'm trying to mess with torqsoft to figure out how much to have sausage finners cut. I know there's other ways but I'm wanting to figure that little program out. Thanks.
The stock timing numbers I got are right in line with what you got.

I like it.

Pretty sure it is tomorrow in Canada.

Put down the syrup and hockey sticks, let's see that thing rippin.

Very nice build thread.
Soon buddy. Going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark sucks for wanting to test run saws. I’ll likely get this saw in some wood on Saturday

I've seen your toolbox. Plenty of room to strap a test log...

I guess I can wait a few more days.

The first cut was meh, but when you dogged in the second Mike that's what I loved about mine. I hope this one comes out similar. Great job!
It’s running new out of the box .325 semi-chisel safety chain in the vid. A nice square filed 3/8 chain would work real good on it. I couldn’t find my mini 3/8 sprocket or I would of. I ordered another from my dealer but who knows when it will come in.
The 359 makes good torque. It takes quite a bit of prying to stall the chain.

I actually posted a pic of my old Driller 2159 in the NSP today. That's what I remember about it. Just a bomb git'r done 20" firewood saw.
