Husky 350 wont lean out?

Ok so I have a Husky 350 that's been rebuilt and ported I cut the base and took .010 out of the squish band and raised the exhaust back up .010 widened intake and exhaust saw runs great but won't lean out with H screw all the way in its still only turning 13,300. I tried adjusting the diaphragm needle lever and no luck? Thinking about trying a different carb this one is an older 350 with walbro any info would be great. Also any ideas on why it won't lean out?

Maybe be a governed carb or a possible clogged screen

Good question I didn't think they put limited coils on the older 350's ?

So did some more searching and reading zama 42 is supposed to fit? any mods needed to make it work?

Blue or black coil? Maybe it was swirltched to limited at some point?

Bet it's the carb, if it isn't anything suggested earlier in thread.

Muffler doesn't have a screen just a big hole now. checked the coil which one is the limited one this one is black.

I ported a husqvarna 51 one time and couldn't get it to go past 13000 it had a kolbinschmit cylinder,I switched over to a mahl. because I noticed the mahl cylinder had wider transfer ports.When I got it all back together the saw with the ported mahl cylinder turns 14500,

This one has the original husqvarna cylinder assuming it's Mahle ports were widened to 29 mm

Black coil is unlimited. I had two 45cc 346s act like that, a carb kit cured them both. Do you have the open port 44 cc or the closed port 45 cc?

It's the open port 44 mm

I got an extra 700 RPM out of my 350 by going from a "cleaned" air filter to a new filter.
