Hoping it misses us here in NC. We are in the middle of a 2-3 week shutdown. I could do without crappy weather...

Have a dear friend who came out of Florida yesterday. I26 was a nightmare. I always try to remember in 1989 they told us that Hugo would not come inland. It came all the way inland to the mountains of NC. Trying to prepare in case it makes the turn inland this time.
Praying for our brothers who may be in harms way!

They say it is going to turn before it gets up here this far, which is OK by me. I have a friend who owns a farm up here that I farm who lives in Charleston that had to leave yesterday to come up here to stay until it is over. He said it was a nightmare there when he left. ( No food or gas any where )

One of the partners in our dealership was at the Gravely dealer's meeting in Jacksonville. He said that traffic was bad getting back to VA.

We should be fine in mid-Ga if it tracks like they say...I'm sure we'll get our fair share of rain and some pretty good winds though. DOT has already shut down I-16 East travel that links Macon, GA to the Savannah, GA area. I-16 West towards Macon, Ga is the only direction of travel and they say it's nut to butt with vehicles for miles.

Yep...dry all over mid-Ga here lately. Food plots are definitely sucking right now.
