Yes, and lots of cleaning involved. Chose the gasket delete in part cause I used up all my gaskets here at home. Ran really strong when I was done. But she sure is an ugly and beat up looking saw. 2014 model with a ton of hours on it.

Tell him about that hipa chain he probably goes through a lot of chains on firewood.

If he'd just organize and sharpen the pile of chains he has, he wouldn't have to buy any for 2 to 3 years. But, he'd be a candidate for those hipa chains for sure.
