Anyone have a better source for single bevel files other than Bailey's? One file is $21.99 plus $9.99 shipping... that's nuts.

I have a double bevel and don't like it, want to try a single bevel...

The Pferd have gone up a bit, but not that bad. They are 14.99 ea, 149.99/dozen. I always order a dozen to save on shipping.

If you find a few other folks to go in with you, it makes sense.

I would always be happy to take some off of your hands at the GTGs.

My bad, I'm looking at double bevel.

Just hard to control such a short edge on the side plate on a double bevel. I feel that a single bevel would be much easier because then edge on the side plate is nearly twice as wide.
