Have a 359 on my bench that looks like a "Save-A-Thread" installed once before. Went to change the plug and insert came out with the plug.

Put a new helicoil in it. Or timesert brand is the best for a solid insert.

Time serts are awesome. However I can by a new cylinder for the cost of the sparkplug kit.
Having it welded is my go to , inserts and heli coils might? Work but welding is going to work period.
If you can get a cheap cylinder though ( sub 75.00) then thats a fix also.

Getting it welded or a replacement cylinder are the best options but should be the same thread as a Triton motor maybe an automotive shop near by has a good repair kit. The inserts that come with the good repair kits are much better than the cheap $25 kits you get at AutoZone and usually the Ford repair is expensive due to labor shouldn't take long to do chainsaw cylinder.

You can also rent the insert tool from O'Reilly, I did a friend's v10 once.

If the insert backed out on the plug you can install a new one. Loctite and stake it well.
