Have a 359 on my bench that looks like a "Save-A-Thread" installed once before. Went to change the plug and insert came out with the plug.
Having it welded is my go to , inserts and heli coils might? Work but welding is going to work period.Time serts are awesome. However I can by a new cylinder for the cost of the sparkplug kit.
Getting it welded or a replacement cylinder are the best options but should be the same thread as a Triton motor maybe an automotive shop near by has a good repair kit. The inserts that come with the good repair kits are much better than the cheap $25 kits you get at AutoZone and usually the Ford repair is expensive due to labor shouldn't take long to do chainsaw cylinder.
