Thanks Jeff, but I have to admit this was really easy to do with the right tools. Results shown are first time I ever tried to braze steel.
From the videos, some key points:
- Start with clean bare metal parts. After removing all the paint, wipe with acetone to make sure there are no contaminants
- Heat the parts so they melt the brazing metal. Don't melt the brazing metal with the torch
- Don't overheat, keep the flame moving
- Brazing metal will flow toward the heat
