How many times have you had the jug off of a saw chasing gains??

Just 1 saw. can be the same jug, or trying multiple jugs.

Not multiple of the same model. (That is what I have been doing) :)

Just curious.

I've had the hybrid opened up at least ten times. And 2 different jugs on it

Guess nothing to be scared of eh??

I have always felt I can't compare, without doing a complete other saw. But I am beginning to realize all of my comparisons are pretty much invalid, because of slight jug/case difference.

Never would have guessed the numbers would have been that high. Mad props to you guys.

I learned how to port on my 064 by trial and error and I've had it since new so me and it have history. Some good and some bad

First time I ported my hybrid it was pretty stout. They I went after more and just lost. Learned quite a bit though, now it's strong as it's ever been and I believe I'm gunna leave it be now
Good. That saw a flat out runner.

I'd say 10 times on my 024. Then I paid my dues and ruined a few jugs..... :( Lost a few pistons.. :(

Some of the other saws just a few times.

Twice, but only on a few saws I've built for racing and fun. Here soon my 064 hybrid pipe saw is coming back apart for the third time for a brand new piston which should bring the compression from about 140 to 180. I don't know if that should count for a third time attempt since I only used the old tired one for test purposes with plans on replacing it if the build was successful.

So far for me the most times the cylinder has been removed is my 372XPW. From the first day of just a basic BG delete and MM to the last time when I did the last bit of grinding on the exhaust and transfers, I believe it was 6 times or so....I quit there because it runs pretty dang strong. ;)
