Runs good buddy. That was some HOD wood, frozen sugar maple will stress test any saw built and your saw pulled that aggressive chain of yours with some authority. I think it cuts great! And you didn’t snag a ring or have any issues at all...awesome job!!!!

Along with learning things about porting Austin also learned something about new rings. And that is you don’t just slap them in without checking ring end gap.

We used hyway rings since his cylinder is going to be replaced eventually. Here’s how the gap looked when we checked. They were both at .0015...way to tight
