Guess you guys don't eat judging by the lack of contribution to this thread.

Smoked a pork shoulder and 18 bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers yesterday. Coleslaw, cornbread muffins, watermelon...and peach pie for dessert. Didn't get a picture of the peach pie before it was devoured.

Oh I eat, doing that right now. Hamburger from a heifer I raised, homemade coleslaw, and a salad.

Pork tenderloin wrapped in beef bacon

I was very skeptical, but beef bacon is pretty good.




Every Sunday afternoon I have some buddies come over and we throw something on the smoker. As soon as I'm home from vacation in 2 weeks we are going to be making our own beef bacon out of brisket.

My first attempt at making pizza on a charcoal grill. It stuck a little trying to get it on the grill. Doesn't look great but tasted amazing !

First time I tried making pizza on a charcoal grill it was a complete disaster but once I got it figured out it is darn good!
