Help on Utility trailer worth?

Hello, I have this 6x10 trailer that I need to sell. The tires are little dry rotted but still hold air. It's a bit dirty but cleans up well. I was wondering what you guys think this trailer is worth as is?

I bought a brand new one three years ago for $3300. 8x16. It helps that the factory is 40 miles away.

I wood give it a good scrubbin' and put two tires on it, then ask a premium price. Looks great underneath and inside. The possibilities are endless!

A scrub and decent tires, I'm feeling 2-3k. Might could just shine the tires up if they have tread left. Looks to be a nicer trailer than most these days with the interior walls, two doors, bolted skin (not just glued), heavier angle iron frame, interior light, extra running lights.

Power wash it and put a set of nice tires on it or leave them be. With good tires around here $2500. I hate it when I go look at something and it has the cheapest possible tires on it brand new because then I'm paying extra for them just to have to replace them.

Is it road legal according to where you live? If not, would it be easy to get it road legal? Every state is different on trailers and some are pretty strict. If not road legal then that cuts the buyer pool way down. Where I live, you can usually get away without having plates on a trailer that size if you don't do anything dumb.
