Help me upgrade my MS 462 spikes!

I've worked on landings when I was in Oregon. Don't recall how much I needed that other spike. I mostly used an 046 back then.
The inner spike is right up next to the bar on an 044 and 288.

Bucking you can get away with one spike but felling is easier with two.

Next question, does anyone know if the 066 spikes will fit on my 180?
