Has Anyone Here Ever Bought A Saw From Kenny?

I've found a few guys who sold him stuff. And so far, they all report that he was on time with the funds, and that it was a drama free affair.

I'm asking if anyone has bought a saw from him. Something he repaired or ported maybe?

He has been sending our members unsolicited offers to do port work. And offered a few saws up either stock, or for an extra 300.00, ported.

I've known Kenny for years. I've met him at gtgs, and I've never seen a saw that he ported. I've never seen a picture of a single port that he did any work on. Ever.

So if he is offering to port people's saws for 300.00, I would like to know that he is actually capable of doing it.

Is that unreasonable?

I have a tough time reading his style of posting, but that ain't no big deal. He can speak Japtalian for all I care.

Solicitation of work on this forum with absolutely no track record of having done said work....now that falls directly into my wheelhouse.

I've asked for pictures of his claims many times over the last few months, and have yet to see anything. He hit me up for a bag of swarf a few months ago to mix in with epoxy for some stuff he said he was working on. So, out of curiosity, I asked for pictures. Nada.

I saved up a bag of clean aluminum chips and sent it to him. I have no idea what he did with it.

After several reports of his continued solicitation, I can no longer let this go.

From my perspective, it's pretty simple, Kenny talks a lot of Chit.
The many times he's been called out on it, it's either crickets or some crap about how he doesn't have to prove anything to anybody.
As such, I don't see why anyone who hasn't had dealings with him would have a reason to trust his work...

I can't take all the credit for that, there was 3 of us that were on to it..I was just the one who had the balls to start bustin' his.

I'm still mad at myself for that. Had I had one word with him before I boxed that saw up it would've never went, I just took people's word for it that seemed like good guys. I broke my own rule..and paid for it. I'm still in debt to Kevin for helping with the sting on that one...what's mine is his..

Only thing I can figure is some of these guys live in Mayberry and don't know shady/shifty people from their ass. I figured that dude out in 6 text messages..some people it took 15 saws..

I guess we're all "different"..

I received irrefutable absolute proof that Kenny AKA Naked Arborist did indeed have a saw sent to him to port for raffle prize in the Landrum raffle....and that he never returned the saw. So.....I sent Kenny the screenshots of the conversation I had with his victim. I gave him an hour and a half to reply, and clear out his inbox. He never replied. What he did with his inbox is unknown.

Then.....I pulled his plug like I would with any other person who pulled the same chit. Now I don't have to worry about whether or not he ruins a saw for any member of this site.....cause he is just a memory now.

Him knowing every time he saw the guy on the site, who's saw he never returned, that sooner or later someone would out him. Living with the guilt of it had to be tough. How many times did he see Todd AKA 71Dart post and think about how he kept that man's saw? How many opportunities did he have over the years to contact him and right this wrong? This is some rank chit right here. I'm sure Kenny is reading this......and I hope it eats his ass up inside.
