Looks good but it's a strange pistol
this day and age
It has 7 shot flush and 8 and 10 extended mags
All the competition pretty much
Start at 10 rnd flush mag's
I wonder if it'll be successful.

Picked up a new Sig red dot for an upcoming build. PSA had some Christmas sales so I did a little shopping for parts. I was impressed by how it held up in the video so I'm going to give it a go

I'm getting ready to build or just assemble
A psa .556 pistol IMG_20211229_134025.jpg
My gunsmith friend has built 3 of them
This is his truck gun
I was impressed with the accuracy
2" at 100 yds with preferred ammo
I'll go 10.5 the shorter one's
I don't care for.

Had my custom paddle holster for the sr9c show up today from Neptune Concealment. They made it custom to fit the tlr3 light. Gun fits tight in the holster, no floppage but draws easily too. No hangup. I'm very pleased with their work

My bil has been wanting to take me to a sporting clays session. I have a thrower that throws random direction an a field to shoot so we all just get together any my place and have fun for a much lower cost. I shoot an old bolt action 20 gauge much of the time which makes a 3 bird impossible because I'm not the greatest but I'd still give it hell!

Been looking for a Ithaca 37 featherlight in 20 gauge to compliment the same I have in 12.
I have one of those that I got when I was 15 years old. I'm 58 now. I worked in tobacco fields during the summer and gave my dad the money to buy it for me. I tore some squirrels up that fall and winter.

I meant 11.5 that feels about perfect for how it handles.
He built a 7.5 and sold it the same day he said it's way to easy to get an offhand in front of or near the muzzle.

@Mycamaro_68
My elderly neighbor he's a Vietnam veteran
Wanted something capable of
Cocked and locked or double action
I told him about the th9c
And he bought one20200615_172754.jpg
He let me borrow it
I shot the plate rack and it shot very good for me.
These new generation Taurus's have very
Ergonomic designs
They fit me great.
I cleaned and lubed it to return it to him
And filled the mag with
124gr speer gold dots
He immediately shot a coke can with about 20.00 worth of ammo
Now he just has blazer fmj in it.
I showed him the SIG Sauer 124gr+p
He's supposed to get some.

One of the features i like about it is manual safety in the up position or decock if you flip the safety lever down.

Wish they made it with a 3/8 mount.

Could drill, tap and mount a rail section to make it work if the receiver has enough meat
Was wanting to keep it as low profile as possible. I could do the rail mount, but it would raise it up too much. I am picky. But I would like a romeo 5.

The Romeo5 comes with a pretty low, low pro mount as well as the co witness mount. With a rail section and the low pro mount, you probably end up at a good height. I agree with the co witness mount, it'd be in the clouds

I am going to have to see how low of a rail I can get to mount on the rifle I am thinking about. Thanks for that, I was unaware it was that low.

Here's the g3c iwb holster from outbags
It's a very snug fit
You adjust and wear them in.

Depending on the belt width you can
Cant them as far as the clip will let you
But I don't know if it's what you'd like.
Everyone's different
They have other models I haven't tried
That are canted.
But they have a excellent return policy and warranty

Back to the ar project. Feed ramps needed some work. The barrel extension and receiver are both m4 specs but "tolerance stacking" usually creates issues. When the bolt would feed a round, it was met with resistance and metal was being shaved off the round due to sharp edges and misalignments. After some light grinding and polishing, it feeds smooth as butter
