I hope you get through it ok and you're all clear

anymore I just buy what I like
why not I've worked all my life why not enjoy it.
really don't know what I'm after next
The new ported pistols like the echelon,p10c,canik mete, rost martin and m&p are Interesting
Also one of the 2011s no idea which one might be nice
Mostly looking for the m&p 22x I like a good .22 semi auto
Thank you.

Like my kimber custom 2 10mm a lot but was kinda expensive at around 800$ but not a lot of cheap 1911’s I’d really own. But also love my cz p-10s that was 350 ish and actually is a very accurate gun for whar it is

Your tx22, does it print tight groups? I couldnt get a tight group with mine. Barrel looked fine. Tried a friends tx22, same larger than expected group. It wasnt horrible just not what it should be. I replaced mine with the competition version, tx22 scr. I haven't shot it much yet.

The original tx .22 does it's quite accurate but the tx compacts are not near as accurate for some reason
Great triggers with clean pulls on all of them
Perfectly fine for silhouette and plate rack just not Ruger mark series accurate.

The most inaccurate pistol I've had was the new p322 sig it leaded up so fast i couldn't believe it
Plus extremely unreliable
I've been told they fixed those issues now I don't know.

Quick question, I prefer revolvers and hammer semis but bought a low end striker fire, Taurus GX2 just to have a handy little semi. Also first 9mm I've ever had, all others jump from 17HMR and 22 up to mostly 44's and 45's.
Does anyone know if there are decent trigger mods for that model? I don't mind the accu-trigger style initial engagement, but the trigger pull itself seems a bit heavy and coarse, almost erratic. Anyone else have similar experiences or is this just the nature of striker fired pistols?

I have the gx4 the gx4 carry and a few tx .22s
I really like the gx4 trigger's mine are 5-6lbs very crisp
I've never handled the gx2 I thought they would be similar I guess not.
Most striker fired moderately priced pistols don't have the best trigger's
I'm unaware of custom trigger's or trigger jobs for them I'm sure somebody does them.

Appreciate it, I've only run about 150 thru it so far. New revolvers in the past I've sat in front of TV and worked the trigger a couple thousand times without letting hammer drop all the way and they've smoothed out considerably. Think I'll find some fodder ammo and run a bunch thru this thing before dicking around with trigger, sear or striker work. I really wasn't expecting super smooth for the price but Taurus revolvers I've shot had pretty nice consistent triggers.

Lots will polish up with use, cz’s usually have a pretty nice trigger for striker fire and a lifetime barrel accuracy warranty because of the full hammer foraged barrels. But I’m sure the Taurus will smooth up some with use.

I go next week to find out if my cancer is coming back or not. If not, I think I will start the search for a 6" stainless one.

If you want it, make it happen. It's not like that gun will ever go down in value. Praying that you get good news from the doctor.

I was intrigued by the GX2 but I find it really lame that it doesn't share mags with the G2/G3 or GX4. Lots of oil in the mechanism and dry fire is probably the best thing you can do for it. More often than not, I find the best trigger job of all is just me getting used to a particular gun. For what it's worth, every Taurus I have owned was just as accurate as more expensive counterparts. I would think that with any halfway decent factory ammo your GX2 should do 2-3" at 15 yards all day, which is what the G3C I used to have did and my Glock 26 does.

I sold alot of the new Pythons when I worked part time at a very busy shop. The good news is I don't remember a single one ever coming back and everybody was really happy with them. I really don't know if they are as accurate as the old ones were, if that is important to you.

Cz p10s at about 15 yards, relatively fast rate of fire with cci blazer brass 115 grain. The gun is more accurate than I am. Love my cz75 also but pretty heavy and large for carry gun. Like 10 mm a lot but my pocket book doesn’t so much so that’s the reason I have some 9’s to plink with. The ruger sr 22 extended length is a nice little pretty accurate plinker also.

I'm sure they're accurate enough. Im not quite the marksman I used to be. I just remember seeing one in a field and stream magazine when I was a kid and I wanted one. I remember when the walking dead came on and Rick grimes pulled that revolver out i said, Dang that's a Python. They really gained popularity after that. I saw them listed for 5000 on gun broker. I've wondered if that's why colt started making them again. If everything works out, I will get one. I've got a few things I can sell if needed.

I’m sure Cz saw money to be made so they restarted making them. I want a Dan Wesson 10mm but my wallet doesn’t want to put out 1500-3000$ for one

I’m sure all the colt revolvers are as accurate as they were before, always have liked the way they named them like python and king cobra. Gold cup 1911’s are nice also

I have the gx4 the gx4 carry
Can I hear your honest thoughts on the gx4 carry? It looks to be a competitor to the 365xmacro, canik Mc9ls,& s&w shield X. Is It true that the owners manual states not to carry one in the chamber? Or is that a rumor lol
