Taurus gx2 they replaced the g2c with it
View attachment 445612
The taurus's are some of my favorites
I just bought a gx4 carry and have a gx4:so I don't need this one.
I bet it hits 200.00 soon that's what the gx4 has been on sale for lately here.
I had seen that one and was wondering how different it really is compared to the gx4xl and gx4 carry. I have not looked up the specs yet but it seems kind of redundant. I have the gx4xl and really like it.

From reading it's 3oz lighter than the g2c
IMG_7673.jpegIMG_7674.jpeg
And basically a fat gx4 with a safety.
I can kinda see the appeal
My gx4 carry is far easier to shoot and handle than they smaller gx4
And it's aimed at new shooter's wanting a external safety.
They'd be smart to offer all pistols with a safety version optional
My smith m&ps i prefer my safety version just for comfort by shooting with my thumb on the safety.

I hadn't thought about the safety. I was just thinking about physical size and magazine capacity.

I bought a couple of the romeo 0 sig red dotsIMG_20250108_000258.jpg
Gx4 carryIMG_20250108_000318~2.jpg
Rxm it fits but a little small
The zero is a manually operated dot
You push a button to turn it on and touch the same button to adjust brightness.
My favorite dot is the budget cylee cat dot
It was only 80.00 and shake awake.

The extended 16rnd mags for the gforce rapture came in 12+1 for the standard one'sIMG_20250108_000415.jpg
It's nearly the same size as the taurus carry but holds 17 rounds total
The taurus holds 15+1 and the ruger 15+1 also.
I really can't tell any difference in build quality, accuracy or reliability of this or any of the other polymer pistols i have.

How do you like that Sparrow ?
I like it a lot. I have two of them, the other’s Stainless. It’s called the White Sparrow and i think they only made a few of those. I use it on my Ruger Mk III target in stainless. I especially like how easy they are to disassemble. Makes cleaning them easy. I’m a big fan of Silencerco. I have two of their Ospreys as well.

Do you use simple green to clean them ?

Ultra sonic cleaner ?

About how many rounds are you cracking off before cleaning them ?

What ammo are you putting thru your gun ?

I have 2 in jail right now, my main purpose will be for a 17HMR.

I will either have to thread one of my semi auto 22’s or buy a cheap bolt action at auction & thread it.

That little Savage pictured was $239 when I bought it new. It’s a great little bolt .22 and comes with a threaded muzzle. I do not know what they sell for now.

This is my crow shooter. Little Savage .22. It is a close range tack driver. I apologize for the picture, I can’t get it to stand up. Silencerco Sparrow on the muzzle.

These things are gems! The stock is for a child but they shoot incredible for what they cost. Some of the best money I've ever spent on a firearm.
