HELP! Fixing starter

Got this copy cover for Husqvarna. Has anybody tried to fix this. I had idea to put washer bolt on outside an bolt thru it.

A bit if extra work but drill and tap the broken stub. Use some "GOO" of what will hold best at the last moment of assembly. I would use a short piece of all thread and run it into the "threaded stub" as much as will fit. Then use a nut/tap and washer to draw it up tight from the out side. (Plastic threads will get less stress that way) Good luck.

Might work. Maybe super glue then bolt it.

If you have access to a plastic welder you could dremel it bigger on the outside to expose more to weld to. Then put the piece in position add a some stainless screen to area on the outside and weld it back together.

No this is just for testing. Got original just was curios how long will china last... now i know 4 days of use. Had this was idea if someone try this before.
