I’ve assembled two of the Farmertec 200t kit saws. One starts easy and runs perfectly. The other has a problem somewhere in the choke linkage. It won’t close all the way and I must dribble feed it to start. Runs great and one pull restarts when warmed up.

Where is the problem? Carb end link, front link, bellcrank ???

Side by side I cannot detect any difference between the two saws.

Replace all three rods and should work fine that's what I ended up doing but one at a time I almost tost the hole handle assembly and put the complete oem handle on but just put all three OEM rods in it and worked perfectly after words.

Is there a chance you can just bend the last rod between the carb and linkage under the air filter? Seems to me that would maybe be an easy adjustment point

Glad you got it sorted! Keep an eye on the carb nuts as they are not far enough down for the nylock to grip and it appears one nut is missing the nylon portion! Perhaps stick some genuine nuts on?
