Echo CS530 Does not Start or Hit One Time

I have an Echo CS530 that doesn't start. I have blue spark at the plug, plug is wet with fuel after several pulls when trying to start, has compression, but will not hit with fresh gas, ether or brake cleaner. I have tried starting with ether & brake cleaner both with carb (WB-12) on and with carb off (straight into cyclinder). Blew air through carb air hose. Strong stream of fuel from hose into carb when taking hose off of carb. I pulled carb, cleaned, installed standard Walbro rebuild parts but cannot get a single hit. I tried a different spark plug varified spark. How do you test quality of spark/magneto?

It appears to me that I have the big four: fuel, spark, air and compression. What am I missing?

May not be sparking under compression.
Open plug gap to about 3/16 inch and see if it sparks against cylinder.
Or it is badly flooded.

Flooded is a good possibility, put the saw in run position with trigger locked wide open (no choke) and give it about 20-25 pulls. If it is flooded, it should clear and start coughing and sputtering before starting.

Best not to use ether or break cleaner to attempt to prompt the saw to start as they don't have any lube, instead use WD-40, it has lube. 2-stroke engines don't react well to no lube.

If it’s really flooded may be best to remove plug, turn ignition OFF, turn so plug hole is facing down in a safe direction and pull several times. Excess fuel will spray out. Once spray stops,install plug, turn ignition ON, hold wide open with no choke (as said above) and pull several times. Should start and clear up.

I think you have badly flooded it. As Bob said take plug out and if it is bad I sometimes
lightly blow into plug hole with compressed air and same with plug and dry it out as
you probably have a crankcase full of fuel as well. If you have put a new kit in make sure
you have got the metering diaphragm up the right way gasket first them diaphragm.
If it's the other way it will be holding the needle valve open.
