I talked to a few guys that have alot more knowledge and decided to run them staggared 3 degrees. Suppose to give a wider power band.Copy that.
Good read in this thread for dolmar/makita guys.
I'm super curious about your staggering of the transfer ports. Can you share your theory on that?

Set my primaries to open and then 3 degrees past my primaries I open the secondariesSo in theory, you have a target number for the timing, and what you are doing is starting one degree before on the secondary transfers and going to one degree past on the primary transfers?
Do you cut wood with that saw, or just keep it on the shelf? Lol
Nice saw.
Where did you come up with this setup. I'm very disappointed in the stock filter setup and would like this setup.
Trimmed a little bit
I think the K&n will filter well as long as you were to also use the filter sock screen they have. It would be hard to beat that performance.
I haven't ran it enough since porting to give a good review but it seems very strong.Very cool. Thanks for sharing that. It's a dang good idea I think.

Then the velocity stack can be turned on a manual machine or cnc. I have one drawn up in solid works.
Awesome I'll have to check it out
Just funnin ya. Awesome job on the rebuild. Looks brand new. [emoji106]Freshly ground up rebuild. Got all my stuff from Nate who I highly suggest to anyone. It was super beat up when I got it from home depot. I think I paid 280 for it.
It's gonna eat wood for sure.
10 4You might have a hard time finding that exact filter without the chrome top. If so just get the chrome top one you can pull that off. You won't want that metal piece rubbing on the cover.
