I try not to break em loose with the puller alone. I use penetrating lube before applying some torque to it, followed by a light tap with a hammer. Usually the slightest tap makes it pop. If it don't pop with a light tap I'll load a little more torque on the puller and tap again. The older large Jonsereds sure can let go with a big boom, and the clutches can injure a person when they come loose.View attachment 110302 View attachment 110303
Pulled the clutch and flywheel with the puller @Chainsaw Jim recommended. Little bit of creativity and a couple love taps.
