So, I'm breaking down the 143..and have this:

You guys are way better versed at cylinder viability than I am. Is this one ok? Any of you guys need 143 parts? Piston is shot, muffler is banged up, and it's missing the inner dawg but everything else is there and in pretty good shape. Nice full wrap too..trying to decide to fix, part out, or sell as a whole. Advice and comments welcome

Is it worth it to search out a 143 top end for a 133? I'm guessing a 153 top end won't swap over?

No. 153 will not and neither will 144, trial fitted for curiousity sake.
