Did US chrome start back doing chainsaw cylinders? Need a Homelite 944 done.

As far as I know neither US Chrome or Millennium are doing a blind cylinder. I spoke with Millennium a few months back when a blowhard on another site was claiming they were doing them. The rep there said NO!

On that subject there might another possibility other than replating .That would be over bore and cast iron or 4140 steel cylinder liner .I've only done one being a 125 McCulloch . Dave at I think CCC in Columbus Ohio has done several with good succcess .He has a small boring machine while I used what I had being a Monarch lathe and a Bridgeport milling machine .I have pictures of it but Dave put it on You Tube .

Dyno Joe does sleeves if I remember correctly.
It could have been him also .I talked to both of them at Saw Fest last year . Not to change the subject but Dave had an old school Homelite 650 racer I recognized from years ago done by big Dave Neiger (RIP ) .I ran that thing a long time ago .
