I've never personally watched it, but I got the drift on what it was about.

I tried to watch a bit of it years ago, but it just seemed like a soap opera with leather.

One of my brothers was in the Scallywags MC club in Raleigh. They were really just a group of guys that went to high school together, got a little clubhouse, and rode their bikes. A lot of their members were prospecting for the Durham chapter of the Hells Angels though. Not nearly as bad a bunch of folks as the TV would have you believe.
