What engine? Sorry I didn’t watch the video.
If it is the single cylinder Briggs engine, most likely the ACR on the camshaft failed. It is a small spring loaded weight that reduces the engine compression during cranking. These are a very common failure item, and they can fail at any time, especially if the engine has kicked back during startup. Pulll the OHV cover and make sure the lower valve (intake) is bumping open when the piston is reaching TDC on the compression stroke. If it isn’t, then the ACR has failed.

This will be interesting, I think I have the same if not similar mower and it is doing the same thing. It failed last fall and I have not gotten back to it. I need to get a new batter before diving deeper, but had used it and tried it again the next day and no start.
