I bought a cool muffler with the side pipe for the 345.

If you have the plastic clamp that thing needs a full teardown and reseal.

I can have it apart in an hour...but cleaning it and putting it back together takes a bit....and then 24 hours to cure. Fyi.

I will pay you to do it Matt.

I can take it apart no problem, just may not be able to put it back together. Lol
Should I get a new ring?

If you are going to go that far.... we may as well port a 346 top end for you, but then you won't ever grab your 026's... so I don't know what to say right now....[emoji41]

In order to change the clamp you need to pull the cylinder. If you are doing that you might as well reseal the bearing cup....and install a muffler brace. These 3 things make this model much more reliable. You may want to put new bearings and seals in at the same time...etc etc.

Whatever you suggest Matt. You are the Husky 350 specialist.
The piston and cylinder are perfect.
