Heat is your friend. I put bearings in by hand.I made a crude case splitter, and it split, but removing the crank from the case and the bearings from the case seem problematic. Is it just a matter of heating and banging?
Ditto for installation when the new stuff comes in (if it ever does).

Randy I'll try to get some good footage for you, Mike Lee, Keith, Jason, and others I'm probably forgetting. YouTube awesome for unlimited video. I should have thought about a live feed... I supported it at Head Of The Charles and probably could have rigged something up... Too late but will think about it for next dyno gtg at my place which I'm sure will happen especially if we get bills new rig working!I wish I could be there too. Since I got these cows, I don't travel often.

Mike I would be very interested in seeing case splitting and bearing removal techniques. I have a 365 I want to rebuild to learn more and the more howto I can see live the better!
