Run Al's hybrid there very close
A 250lb 90cc saw with a 50" bar on it is not easy to start. It will hurt you drop starting it if you half ass it.
@Mattyo would love to see 365 split.Dan, I'll kick in some cash.
Eric, I just learning this stuff also (re: case splitting, bearing removal, etc.).
YupI have a favor to ask. I just finished muffler mods on my 6100 and 7910. I've tached and adjusted them, but they still seem fat in the wood. I'm by no stretch an expert on carb adjustments. Would someone be able to give me tutorial on how to adjust carbs in a good way?
Awesome!! Thank you!!
This is exactly my concern with saw work. Would like to know these tricks as Mike points out. Thanks guys!I made a crude case splitter, and it split, but removing the crank from the case and the bearings from the case seem problematic. Is it just a matter of heating and banging?
Ditto for installation when the new stuff comes in (if it ever does).
I've got an assembled 034 crank case with junk bearings and probably a junk crank. I'll bring it with me and we can split it and knock out the bearings. I figure it would be a good one to demonstrate with since it's the same as the one your working on.I made a crude case splitter, and it split, but removing the crank from the case and the bearings from the case seem problematic.
