That’s fine you have your opinion, you realize your comparison isn’t real valid being that’s and ancient dewalt vs new Milwaukee but spin it however you like.

Ryobi and Milwaukee are part of the same large Chinese conglomerate. Dewalt is not and has nothing to do with Milwaukee and I do believe makita is its own also. Stanley/black&decker/mtd owns dewalt along with craftsman, black&decker and porter cable power tools. Stanley hand tools and many brands of lawn equipment including cub cadet and Troy built.there is a huge conglomerate that owns most of these tool mfg. as such since they have been involved quality has slipped substantially. so a partial list :makita, roybi dewalt, milwaukee, lots more i can't remember. repair parts and service are falling behind or simply do not exist. customer service has gotten pretty poor. I have a gas powered roybi multi head trimmer unit been waiting on a part for 6 months. (course ryobi like makita has gone all electric and are basically ignoring any gas items at this point).
Nice it theory but spending years in jail over 2-3000$ in stuff probably not the most fun.Anybody who tries to steal my stuff is really going to be a loser![]()
The law here is 1verbal warning if it's your vehicle in public. Anything on your property as soon as they touch the door they're fair game.Nice it theory but spending years in jail over 2-3000$ in stuff probably not the most fun.
In public yours supposed to try to get away and on your property it needs to be your house and a threat of bodily harm way what I read stated. Basically the same as mn in public but no matter the state if you shoot someone over 1500$ in tools your life’s going to be miserable for awhile weather or not it being proven justified. Personally as bad as it sucks the 1500$ wouldn’t be worth the s-storm to follow. But back to tools since everyone will have different thoughts on this like everything else in life. The law here is 1verbal warning if it's your vehicle in public. Anything on your property as soon as they touch the door they're fair game.
Now your only supposed to do what's needed if he is breaking into a out building and you kill him on purpose you going to get it. If you put a .22 through his leg nothing happens. We're county unincorporated if someone comes around on your property and tries to break into your chicken coop he's fair game for violent disablement. And by public I meant county unincorporated small towns or other people's houses. Once you get close to anything large town or City the law changes and almost nothing is allowed.
