As far as giving Jason 1 opportunity to fix the Saw, & the "then what" questioning, that's not how you & I did things when I sent you a saw that had problems: we worked thru it. Even though I had to send it back a 2nd time.

That's what adults do; they work their problems out together.


See, my dislike of this whole thing doesn't have anything to do with Jason, it's that you've got too caught up in this mess.

So you don't think there is enough evidence here to say Jason was trying to screw Bradley? If so then why would he send it back?

I or any other builder shouldn't have an issue with another builder looking at one of there saws, if you built a quality machine then it shouldn't matter, only a person with something to hide has an issue. The buyer has the right to send his saw to ANYONE he wants, he paid for the saw and HE owns it, once sold it is no longer the builders saw. Sell a quality saw and there will be no issues, simple as that. And a pattern of selling comes into play here as well. Reputation is everything in this, good or bad, if we don't police the offenders then are we any better then they are for allowing them to take advantage of more people? Think on that!

Not sure who built that saw, but they do beautiful work, worthy of $1500.00 imo.

After all the things I heard about Jason's bad habits, I am more and more surprised.

Why did he finally took care of my cylinder, I'm not especially known in these forums, and I live pretty far away from him?

And I sent him a used cylinder, it was from a skidder saw, so it had broken fins and was pretty dirty.

The one he finally sent me is a cleaner one, a shiny oem 660 cylinder. I didn't get a 288 piston like he promised, but the saw is a pretty strong runner.

He even proposed me to port another of my saws for free, but I declined.

Sometimes he almost seems to be 2 different persons, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.
