There was another drawing somewhere.
But I believe it's just a 1" sq tube

thats what i made mine was 1 inch

I believe I ended up opening up the forks to 1 1/8" to get around one of the cranks I had.
But it wasn't that big of a deal.

I designed & fabricated one from a few pieces of 3/8" plate that I cut on the plasma table.

Worked alright......until I bent it.

It was my very first case split.
034 I got from Phil.
Traded him a carb kit for it.
Anyway, I didn't know about the roll pins at the time and tried to force it.
Once I drove the pins out, the case basically fell apart.
Was a good learning experience!

This is how I got the saw

I used 3/16" plate and 1 1/4" square tube if I remember correctly. Weld the plates on top like this.

After looking at my mock up pics, I'm seeing now that it's only 1/4" plate.
The final design has gussets welded on each side.
I'll take pics tonight of what it ended up like.
